Answer
You should use the Brainfuse app. It connects you to tutors who have at least a master's degree. When you are in Brightspace, you can find a link to Brainfuse in the top toolbar, or from MyTLU, there is a link to it under Student Affairs --> Student Success and Retention. Librarians can help you with citations and help you find resources, but we can't read over a paper and give advice on the writing and editing aspects.
